Well, we had a paper drill bit, it got loaded with compressed paper and now doesn't work.
However...
Using a regular 2mm drill bit worked beautifully with only minor puckering. I guess you live and learn with this sort of project.
We weren't without mistakes though, first couple holes caused some tearing. Though a spot of glue will be able to fix that right up. I'm even thinking the ribbon binding will be able to hide it.
Afterwards, John remarked "this Drill Press thing is worth every penny. Glad I had a coupon!"
